I'm an experienced UX designer with a background in creative service management and education, emphasizing usability and user-centered design. With a blend of employee management and creative application skills, I excel in clear communication, teamwork, and innovative problem-solving.

Previously, I owned and operated a successful salon for over 14 years, where I fostered revenue growth by guiding employees in branding, professional development, and leadership. My motto was to lead from behind and not from the front. I shared my expertise at conferences and hair shows, gaining recognition in Washingtonian Magazine and DC Modern Luxury Magazine.

Before my career in salon ownership, I pursued my passion for dance and even appeared in the movie "Step Up". In my personal life, I'm an avid dog lover and enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking, camping, and kayaking. I also have a passion for cooking, reading biographies, and staying fit with CrossFit. I've had the pleasure of exploring different cultures by eating my way through 30+ countries. As a bilingual individual, I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
